Sad Anniversary

It's amazing. 2 years ago I was sitting at my desk, catching up on news when stories erupted on the net about a shooting at a club in Colombus, Ohio. Only to find out that a legend was taken from us. "Dimebag" Darrell Abbot was fatally shot that night, a night which was called "The Day The Music Died" by various news outlets.

I'm sad to think about having to endure even to this day such a loss, but it always picks me up to remember my younger years listening to Pantera and dreaming that one day I'd be in a rock band like him. What better way to recognize this giant of metal than with this video.

Dimebag, rest in peace, brother. I'll see you on the other side!
